Every time I have presented a problem to Chris during a transaction, she always has a solution that saves me a ton of time (even if it means a lot more work for her). If we have an urgent file on a Friday night that needs to sign, Chris bends over backwards to stay late and help us with our closing. She sacrifices a lot of time with her family/friends to ensure our files are all working smoothly. There have been SEVERAL files we have worked on together over the past year that she saved by talking to our borrower through a tough closing. One file in particular, Chris talked to our borrower both Saturday and Sunday night to ensure she felt comfortable moving forward with a refinance.
